Adventus Announces Fourth Quarter 2015 Trust Distributions

Adventus Realty Trust by its Trustee, Adventus Realty Services Inc. (the “Trust”) is pleased to announce that the Board of Trustees has approved the 2015 fourth quarter trust distributions of US $1,895,662, representing the quarterly distribution rate of US $0.225 per unit. Distributions are payable on January 25, 2016 to unitholders of record at January 18, 2016.

In conjunction with the Trust’s recently announced Distribution Re-Investment Plan (the “Plan”), unitholders representing 3,792,310 units elected to receive their distributions in units of the Trust, in accordance with the Plan details as previously announced. Accordingly, of the total distributions approved, US $1,042,392 will be paid in cash and the balance of US $853,270 will be paid via issuance of Trust Units.
